Adam Kaleta began his career on such classic groundbreaking television shows as Channel 4's, The Word. He then went on to direct for MTV, shooting numerous TV Spots, Idents and Shows for them around the world. His Visual flair and ability to stylize a unique look meant he is massively in demand. Adam was one of the pioneers of Extreme Sports filming and has shot numerous documentaries around the world on Surfing, Snowboarding and pretty much anything else that pushed the visual and physical limits of the medium. Within that world he has also directed a 4 part series with the Jackass crew.

Adam has a massive amount of international filming experience, from staging stunt sequences high up in the Arctic Circle, to shooting in idylic tropical Islands as well as the concrete jungles of LA, New York and Asia. He has also shot with such diverse music acts as Kylie Minogue, Coolio, Destiny's Child, Jamiraquai, The Darkness and Fat Man Scoop as well as such clients as Sony, BBC, Channel 4, MTV and pretty much most Record Labels in the UK.

Adam is now a London based director specializing in Commercials, Music Videos & TV. Balagan began their association with Adam in 2001 when Jonathan Produced the extreme sports documentary Tricks & Stunts which has since gone onto be England biggest selling Extreme Sports Video.
